What the heck are these people doing in the road??
Well this photo was shot during the Childrens Day parade in Oshkosh.
Look closely to the left of the photo and you will see the likeness of a giant walking icecream cone. His name is scoopy and he a character created by Culvers custard.
Think about it.
A company creates a character to pertain to a child's interest.
Then it makes that character into a mascot and sends it out to wave and hug children at parades.Hmmmmm
